For a flat-monthly rate our Toll-Free Unlimited service plan gives you a personal, toll-free 800 number with UNLIMITED INCOMING calls from the Continental USA (Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico and the US Territories are not part of the Continental US). This means your family and friends can call you for free.
You are no longer tied to a rate center -- this means you are no longer tied to an area code and exchange. If you move (especially to another state) you do not have to worry about getting a new phone number nor updating your friends and family with the new phone number. You have a phone number for life!
Monthly Minutes
Unlimited inbound and outbound calls for your included calling area.
Included Calling Area
Your calling area includes the continental USA1 and Canada. All outbound calls outside of this area are charged a per minute charge at our low international rates.

Your outbound caller ID will be of your toll-free number.
You will be assigned a Michigan based direct-dial (non toll-free) number by default. If you wish to have a direct-dial number in a non-Michigan rate center, extra fees will apply.
Requirements
A broadband internet connection (such as DSL or cable modem) and a free ethernet port to plug the phone adapter into.
Limitations
Inbound pay-phone calls to the toll-free number are not allowed.
Inbound toll-free calls are not allowed from outside of the Continental US (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the US Territories are not part of the Continental US). Callers from outside of the Continental US would need to use your direct-dial number.
Monthly quota of 500 simultaneous ring talk minutes. Additional minutes are $.04/minute.
