Service & Equipment Requirements

These are the service and equipment requirements in order for our service to work at your location:

• Broadband internet connection such as DSL service (eg: DigitalRealm DSL) or cable modem service (eg: Comcast).

• Unused ethernet port (in your DSL/cable modem, ethernet router, or ethernet switch).

• Analog Telephone Phone Adapter (we provide this to you if needed) - this allows you to use your current phone handsets with our service. If you wish to supply your own SIP device we have a list of compatible devices.
