Billing for your service does not start until the day the ATA has arrived at your address (if we supply the ATA), or the day that we provide the information to configure your SIP device (for BYOD subscribers). This prevents any problems if there are any delays in your order.
All billing and payments are done online. Your monthly invoice is emailed to your email account and the credit card you provided when you signed up for service is automatically charged monthly. If you need to change the credit card for your account, please contact our billing team.
