Softphone Support

Softphone clients run on either your PDA or your computer and allow you to make and receive calls via that device. These are especially convenient when you are travelling and do not want to carry your phone adapter (ATA) or deskphone with you.

We allow our end-users to use softphone clients with our service. Some of the popular softphone clients are offerings from SJ Labs and Counterpath . Unlike some other providers, we do not charge extra for this functionality.

We have provided some basic configuration steps for some softphone clients.

Please note that Quantumvoice does not endorse any of these products nor do we provide technical support for them. You will need to contact the company that provides the softphones for technical support of those applications.
