Privacy Manager
Do you hate receiving calls from "UNKNOWN CALLER", or "PRIVATE CALLER"? Quantumvoice Privacy Manager allows you to selectively choose how to handle calls without caller ID, or calls with blocked or missing caller ID.
Any time you receive a call with blocked, missing, or unknown caller ID, the call will be redirected to Privacy Manager. The caller will hear an announcement that prompts them to record his or her name. The call is placed on hold as the system calls you. Upon answering the call, a message will notify you that you have received a call without any caller ID, and the caller's name will be played. You will have the option of accepting the call, rejecting the call, or sending the call to voicemail.
The Privacy Manager function is not active by default. To activate this feature, visit the Quantumvoice Phone Portal and click on the Caller Screening tab.
