Call Waiting + Caller ID

While you are on the phone, a beep tone alerts you to another incoming call and if your phone is equipped with the call waiting caller ID feature it will also displays the Caller ID of the caller.

Switching Between Calls

While you are on the phone, a beep tone will alert you of another incoming call. If you want to take the call, press the flash button or switch hook on your phone to answer the second incoming call. Calls that you do not answer will go to voicemail.

Disabling Call Waiting

To disable call waiting for the current call dial *70 before you dial the phone number you are trying to reach.

To disable call waiting for all calls until you reenable call waiting, dial *57 and hang up the phone.

Enabling Call Waiting

To reenable call waiting for all calls, dial *56 and hang up the phone.

Disabling Outbound Caller ID

To disable outbound caller ID for the current call dial *81 before you dial the phone number you are trying to reach.

To disable outbound caller ID for all calls until you reenable outbound caller ID, dial *67 and hang up the phone.

Enabling Outbound Caller ID

If all outbound caller ID is blocked, to enable outbound caller ID for this particular call, dial *82 before you dial the number you are trying to reach.

To reenable outbound caller ID waiting for all calls, dial *68 and hang up the phone.
