You can sign up for this option at any time.
Are you a residential customer and want a line for yourself and another for the kids? Or, are you a business who needs another line to handle your increase in staff and/or call volume?
You can order additional lines from us and if you have a multi-line phone device you can use the same phone device and save on equipment costs. If you are using the phone adapter (ATA) we supplied, we will configure the additional line to use the 'Line 2' port of your ATA.
